Events
The Assistance Program sponsors monthly peer support events that may include a Sunday in the park or bowling and dinner. It also facilitates quarterly Hope and Healing Seminars, which are more formal opportunities to receive counseling and peer support.
Our goal is to provide the financial means to bring families together in a nonthreatening environment and allow them to help each other heal through normal interaction. We strive to make our outings very family friendly, which allows young relatives of fatality victims to spend time with other children facing similar losses.
